Delivery & Returns

DELIVERY POLICY

Currently, we only offer delivery to customers in Nassau, Bahamas.  We are working on an affordable solution to accommodate our Family Island and International customers.

Nassau customers have the option of free Saturday delivery or two day delivery at a charge of $5.00.

 

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order details usually within a few minutes.  You will receive another email notification once your order has been dispatched for delivery.

 

Please note that once an order has been dispatched for delivery, you are unable to make changes to that order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes your order is not what you expected. No worries!  Your customer experience is important to us, and we want to ensure you are happy with the item you have paid for. 

 

We accept returns/exchanges once they meet the following criteria:

  • The item must have been purchased from our online store.

  • The item should not have been used in any way and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The return request is made within 14 days of the original purchase.

 

To make a return/exchange request, please email us at info@ohhboyboutique.com.  If your refund is approved, your funds will be returned to you via the same method of payment.  We may deny any refund if it fails to meet our refund criteria stated above, which we will communicate to you.  A delivery agent will collect any approved returns.  In the case of an approved exchanged, a delivery agent will collect and deliver your exchange simultaneously.
